Reward, Reflection, Risk, and You

Education is a process of experiencing and reflecting.

Thinking back to our last session, can you recall feeling any “aha” moments?

These flashes of insight lead to true understanding and growth.

But, it’s important to be aware of them. These stimulating sensations indicate potential, waiting to be developed within you.

So, before our next session, I am asking you: What’s something you can do to become better?

Maybe it’s a thought process you’d like to be more conscientious of adopting, like staying positive and open-minded during a challenging class.

Or, maybe it’s a behavior, such as aiming to practice a new skill for a certain number of hours each week.

Either way, it’s important to try and to act. This way, overtime, you’ll develop a clear notion of what works and what doesn’t work for you.

So, reflect, go forward, and take a risk this week. I look forward to hearing about it soon.
